More Testimonials for Joseph Palazzolo
Just wanted to thank you for a brilliant, humorous, magnificent
(can't think of enough adjectives) performance last evening at
FCC Rochester. The entire program was superb. In particular,
I liked your duet with Kathy Bowden, and your delightful portrayal
of Carmen Miranda. Just super. I look forward to hearing you
again at some future time.
By way of introduction, I guess I should introduce myself. My name
is John Northup, and I am a member of FCC Rochester. I believe you
know Terry Jankowski, who is my son John's domestic partner. I am
a trombonist (not professionally, but as an avocation) and am
currently involved with four groups; a brass ensemble; trombone
octet; a 17 piece swing band, and a New Orleans type traditional
"dixieland" combo.
Also, your mission statement, "To create a world of classical music
lovers through performance and education", really says it all for me.
What greater gift could one give to the world?
Thank you so very much,
-John
BRAV0! BRAVO! BRAVISSIMO!
I'm still on a natural high from Saturday night. You will never
know what it meant to me to be a part of your concert and to prove
to myself that I CAN do it! My mom was in tears after my solo. (I
hadn't told her I was doing it.) I got wonderful compliments from
people I didn't even know. The kids who rang bells also enjoyed being
there. I got comments from them like: we just studied Bach, Mozart
and Beethoven in school - this was cool; how do you play so fast;
I think I want to play piano; and from my student: I'm going to
go home and practice! One woman told me her husband came, reluctantly
and hasn't stopped talking about it sense. Anyway, a big thank-you
to you. Everyone loved the concert. Many have asked about cds.
I know that is something you would have to negotiate with Jay and the church.
So here we are. Can we do a couple of lessons in April? Maybe the
4th and the 18th. Let me know. Also, I found Schubert's Impromptu No.4
in A-Flat in a stack of music. Would that be one worth doing? If
so, I'll start looking at it along with the Gershwin prelude I was
working on.
Again - Hugs and thank-you's!
-Kathie
My wife and I enjoyed your concert on Saturday evening. We appreciate the hard
work that goes into preparing for such a wonderful concert. Thank you for sharing
your talents with so many people and entertaining us in such a wonderful way.

Congratulations on a FINE concert last Saturday Night at the Congregational Church
in Rochester. I enjoyed it very much. I was in attendance last year as well as
Joseph's concert at Caseville High School in Caseville, MI last July.

The concert Saturday was wonderful. Your talent is immense and your artistry
superb! Your schtick was great too. I thought sometimes that the notes on the
piano flowed like a river. We're ready for 2008 my friend! Thank you for
your work--it is of God.
God Bless You
